Our services
Austins Mowing & Mechanical Services provides residential lawn care — including mowing, edging, and mulching — and mechanical repair for trucks, cars, riding mowers, and small engines in Culpeper, VA and the surrounding area. We serve residential customers only.
Requests and scheduling
When you call or send a request, Austin reviews the job and gets back to you. Scheduling depends on the work and the weather, and we'll agree on timing before any work starts.
Pricing and payment
Pricing is agreed before the work is done. You'll know what a job costs up front. If something changes once the work is underway, we talk it through before moving ahead.
Your responsibilities
Please make sure the area is safe to work in — for example, gates are unlocked, pets are secured, and equipment is accessible. For mechanical work, please share what you know about the problem so we can diagnose it efficiently.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel or reschedule, let us know as far ahead as you can. We'll do the same if weather or scheduling changes things on our end.
Limitation of liability
We take care with your property and your equipment. We are not responsible for pre-existing conditions or damage we could not reasonably foresee. Any concerns should be raised as soon as the work is complete so we can make it right.
